Background
Róbert obtained his law degree at the University of Pécs (Hungary), Faculty of Law. During his university studies, he was a scholarship student at the Phillipps-Universität Marburg (Germany) for one and a half years, where he gained special knowledge in the fields of European and international business law.
After graduating, he attended the “European Business Law” postgraduate course organized by Eötvös Loránd University Institute for Postgraduate Legal Studies.
He gained his professional experience in Italy (Milan) at a prestigious law office and other renowned law offices in Budapest, working mainly in the fields of business law.
He started his own law firm in 2017 in Budapest, and he joined as the Hungarian counsel of our 360 Business Law team in the year of 2020, heading up the Hungary team.
Róbert has outstanding professional experience in the fields of corporate law, real estate law, contract law, data protection, enforcement of claims, litigation. In the course of his work, Róbert has participated in the provision of legal services for many large Hungarian and international projects and transactions, related to sectors such as real estate, IT and telecommunication, energy, pharmaceuticals, sports, or aviation.
In connection with his practice as an attorney-at-law, Róbert also provides services for several clients as Data Protection Officer and Compliance Officer.
In addition to Hungarian, his working languages are English and German.

Highlights
• Participating in the enforcement of a claim exceeding half a billion HUF on behalf of a major international client operating on the field of pharmaceutical and medical supplies,
• Holding the positions of data protection officer and compliance officer at several business organizations,
• Participating in the negotiaion and preparation of the legal framework of the organizing of the largest international university sports event (planned value of the contractual licence fee was approx. EUR 23 million),
• Participating in the transfer of a real estate portfolio located in Hungary (the total value of the portfolio: EUR 536 million), in the assignment of a major international real estate company,
• Participating in the planning and development of the legal framework of a national electronic card system, in particular regarding the data protection aspects.
