James Taylor is the Chief Operating Officer of 360 Law Group, where he has played a pivotal role in the firm’s expansion since its founding in 2014. Starting in a general office support role, James quickly advanced to Operations Manager and then to Chief Operating Officer. In his current role, he oversees operations, project management, and IT, merging his initial interest in technology and cybersecurity with his extensive operational acumen.
Education
James holds a First-Class Honours degree in Business Management, with a focus on studies in Management Information Systems, Business Law, and Strategy. He began his career at Oracle Corporation which provided a strong foundation in enterprise systems and controls.

Responsibility
As COO, James is responsible for a broad range of activities. He designs and implements operational systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards organisation-wide, focusing on process automation and continuous improvement throughout the business. He manages the development of the firm’s case management system and other corporate applications. Additionally, he oversees the integration of newly acquired businesses, amongst many other critical areas.
