Camberley, UK – 11th November 2024: 360 Business Law has announced a new partnership with Lexical Labs (Tiro AI), a leading legal AI firm in the UK, to further enhance its contract review capabilities. By integrating the innovative Tiro AI solution into 360’s proprietary LawLink case management system, this collaboration will enable 360 to offer an even faster, more efficient, and cost-effective contract review process, delivering additional savings to clients across the UK and internationally.
The Tiro AI product, a trusted solution for AI-driven contract review and intelligence throughout the contract lifecycle, will now be fully embedded within 360’s LawLink system. This integration will allow clients to seamlessly submit legal matters, gaining significant cost efficiencies in managing contract portfolios. Importantly, the AI technology will only be utilised where clients have explicitly authorised its use, ensuring full alignment with client preferences and data privacy standards.
360’s advanced work allocation system will automatically assign each contract to an appropriate lawyer in a relevant jurisdiction, conduct an initial AI-backed review against client-specific playbooks and predefined data points, and provide recommendations along with client-approved alternative clauses. The pre-reviewed contract will then be carefully reviewed by a member of 360’s global team of 600 plus highly qualified lawyers, operating across more than 100 jurisdictions, ensuring expert oversight and prompt processing.
The enhanced system provides round-the-clock service, managing client workload 24/7/365, reinforcing 360 Business Law’s commitment to efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality legal services worldwide.
Robert Taylor, CEO and General Counsel of 360 Law Group, commented: “Following a detailed review of AI applications from both the UK and the US, we chose the Tiro AI solution due to its unique design, created by skilled lawyers and developers, which seamlessly integrates with our contract review workflows. It ensures both efficiency and adherence to our high standards of accuracy and reliability. The Tiro AI will make our legal services even more accessible and affordable, especially for clients handling a large volume of contracts.
“While some firms may use AI to reduce time, they often charge as if a human lawyer had performed the work. We will ensure that AI benefits both our clients and lawyers. Consistent with our transparent pricing model, the AI usage will be billed at cost with a modest margin, and lawyer fees will only apply for complex or medium- to high-risk areas.”
Simon Black, Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Lexical Labs, added, “It’s been a pleasure collaborating with Robert and his team at 360 Business Law. We share a vision for technology’s role in contract review and negotiation, and with Tiro, 360 will deliver a faster, higher-value service.”
